关于“精日”现象的反思与应对

摘要：“精日”是对“精神日本人”的简称，它因挑战了民族底线而备受关注。近几起发生的“精日”事件具有时空典型、主体年轻、形式各异、性质恶劣等特征。“精日”现象是由于个别国人文化不自信导致的，有着深刻的历史原因和客观的现实因素。需要提高警惕，从法律规范、政治审查、学校教育、社会导向等方面对“精日”现象加以应对，同时要注意避免打击过度化。

前段时间，“精日”一词走进国人視野。外交部部长王毅怒斥“精日”分子是“中国人的败类”，多位政协委员还提出了打击“精日”的提案，广大群众也对“精日”分子表示强烈愤慨。谴责之余需要冷静思考：“精日”现象的本质是什么？为何会出现“精日”分子？如何对待这种现象？只有透过现象看本质，才能更加理性看待现象本身，提出有效应对之策。

一、“精日”的含义与特征

“精日”并没有确切的标准定义，它只是对一种现象并不精准的概括，目前网络上所谓的“精日”一般是对“精神日本人”的简称。“精日”中的“精”集中表现为一种精神上的民族身份认同和民族文化认同;“精日”的主体是中国人，但其所“精”的对象却是“日”。因此，一般来说，“精日”分子是指法律上或社会关系上不是日本人，但在精神上却向往日本民族和文化的思想畸形群体。“精日”分子与一般日本文化爱好者的区别在于：前者涉及国家和民族认同的根本问题，他们的行为严重突破底线，大大超出了单纯的私人爱好，以一种主动挑衅民族价值观的激进方式走进了公共空间，因而被称作“精神上的日本人”。

既然“精日”是一种“精神”病，那么必然有其表现形式和外在特征。从近几起较为典型的“精日”事件来看，它们具有以下几个特征。

第一，时空典型。“精日”事件的发生往往同特定的时间和空间有关，“精日”分子一般选择在一些具有特定历史意义的关键时间和特殊地点上大做文章。如2016年南京大屠杀死难者国家公祭日前夕，两名青年在大屠杀发生地身穿日本武士服装做出各种姿势拍照;两名男子身着侵华日军的军装在南京紫金山抗战遗址前拍照挑衅;四个青年穿着旧式日军军服在四行仓库门口合影等。有些“精日”事件的时间地点即便没有特定的历史含义，这些事件也往往会发生在如动漫展、集会等体现日本文化或者人员集中的场合。如个别青年在动漫展上穿戴日本法西斯标志的服装;少数中学生身着侵华日军和汉奸的服装参加学校运动会等。

第二，主体年轻。年轻人一般喜欢标新立异、雷人雷语，或者因思想偏激而产生过于情绪化的表达，某些缺乏正确三观的年轻人因此而成为“精日”分子。从学历层次来看，他们中间既有校外社会青年，也有在校的中学生、大学生、研究生、甚至高校青年教师。如厦门大学通报的两起事件（教师周运中在网上发表错误言论以及之前发生的“田佳良事件”）就涉及到高学历年轻群体。

第三，形式各异。“精日”的表现各异，有的表演带有恶搞性质的动作，有的发布低俗的图片，有的发表侮辱性的言论等。其传播载体也各不相同，有的利用网络平台如微信群、QQ群、微博、贴吧等发表“精日”内容，有的则在现实生活中身穿具有特殊意义的服装“亮相”于各种场合，如头戴维和部队蓝盔、胳膊上缝着五星红旗的人双膝跪地向一名日式装扮的“少女”磕头。

第四，性质恶劣。如果说主体年轻和形式多变是现在所谓“非主流”文化的一般特征，那么毫无底线、性质恶劣则是“精日”与一般所谓“非主流”文化的明显分野。如有的人竟拿民族伤痕开玩笑，在网上公然散发诸如“南京杀三十万太少”“中国人不配做人”“真是最低劣民族”“恶臭你支”“安倍首相是我亲爹”“这就是命不好，生在了错误的国家”等极端言论，其性质极其恶劣，深深刺痛了国人的神经，引发全社会强烈的愤慨和谴责。

二、“精日”的实质与根源

●“精日”的实质

与一般的炒作不同，这些“精日”事件大都与民族的历史文化有关，即拿民族历史上的伤痕或民族文化当作炒作点，用低俗的手段消费、娱乐民族的历史文化。显然，不能把“精日”简单归结为一般炒作。有的指出，“精日”的症结在于历史观出了问题，历史虚无主义是“精日”的本质和思想根源。[1]的确，“精日”分子罔顾历史的严肃性与厚重感，虚无本民族近代以来的血泪史和英勇斗争的抗战史，“精日”现象确实是历史虚无主义的一种具体表现形式。但如果仅仅将“精日”归结为历史虚无主义，则未免有只看现象未见本质之嫌。其实回归“精日”的本意，说到底就是指极少数国人对自己本民族的文化极其鄙视，甚至以抛弃自己的民族身份认同为代价投向日本文化的怀抱，因此可以将“精日”在更深层次上归结于某些人的民族自卑情结。形象地说，“精日”就是精神上向日本文化“下跪”，“精日”分子就是今天的精神“跪”族。

●产生“精日”的原因

可以从历史和现实两个维度对“精日”现象产生的原因进行分析。

历史地看，“精日”是近代历史上留下来的“精神遗毒”。亨廷顿在《文明的冲突与世界秩序的重建》中提到过一个观点：“贸易可能会、也可能不会跟着国旗走，但文化几乎总是追随着权利。”[2]（P72）文化的兴衰反映着国家实力的强弱。近代以来，面对中国贫穷落后、被动挨打的局面，先进的中国人通过各种方式向先进国家学习，期望通过学习实现民族振兴。但是与之相伴的，还有一股投降主义思潮若隐若现，它是民族自卑感的体现，认为中国应该放弃民族独立并投入列强的怀抱，最典型的例证就是抗日战争时期出现以汪精卫为代表的投降派。作为“精日”分子崇拜日本，曾通过向西方学习迅速发展起来，这种“脱亚入欧”式的学习是在保持民族独立基础上的民族自我觉醒和自我革命;但在“曲线救国”口号下向日本投降则不同，它是抛弃民族独立而跪向异族的投降主义，所谓“曲线救国”不过是投降卖国者的说辞罢了。在侵华战争期间，日本曾大力进行文化殖民活动，试图扭曲中国人民的政治和文化认同，在中国人民特别是在台湾人民心中留下了深刻印痕。

如果说民族自卑情结在抗战胜利前尚大有市场的话，那么在抗战胜利后特别是新民主主义革命胜利后，民族自信心应该极大提升，正如毛泽东在新中国成立前夕所说，“近代世界历史上那种看不起中国人，看不起中国文化的时代应当完结了”。[3]（P1516）但历史具有惯性，历史上的民族自卑情结并没有完全消除，崇洋媚外、丧失民族气节的行为也并没有完全消除，少数人仍然没有在精神上完全站起来。经过几十年的快速发展，国人的民族自信心和自豪感也随之提升，但是仍有极少数人“耻为中国人”（如台湾地区的某些政客以“精日”“媚日”为荣），近日祖国大陆发生的这些“精日”事件和历史惯性不无关系。

现实地看，年轻人受历史影响应是最浅的，是最不应发生“精日”事件的，然而事实却与此相反。可见，除了历史的因素外，一定有滋生“精日”的现实土壤。

首先，从文化主体来看。日本人的素质一直以来为网络所热捧（如网上报道的俄罗斯世界杯期间日本球迷在观众席捡垃圾），很容易使一些人崇拜日本民族而对自己民族却无限自卑，少数国人甚至不认同自己的民族身份，发生了国人发表诸如“支那”等带有民族侮辱性质的敏感词汇事件。其次，从文化载体来看。一些年轻人对传统严肃的表达方式不感兴趣，对新兴的表达方式则比较热衷，喜欢发表一些博人眼球的信息。网络的兴起、以日本动漫文化为代表的日本文化的传入满足了一些年轻人追求新鲜事物的文化需求，多起“精日”事件都与日本
